The location is in a quiet residential area and close to all amenities and easily accessible to city centre. Friendly atmosphere and harmonious living and LGBT friendly. It is a residential house and not a party house. 5 minutes walk to Luas and regular bus service minutes from the house. Bus 122, 123, 152, 77, 77a, 56, 56a, 27, 27a 18 and 20 minutes to city centre. Bills and general household cleaning are shared equally. Anyone who is interested should give a brief description of themselves, where they are currently living and any relevant information.
