My home is a bright , airy ,semi d terraced house in a quiet ,friendly housing estate with a stunning river view and a large common green area. It's a 10/15 min walk into Ennis town, 10 min drive to the motorway and 10 min walk to Lee's Road amenity park ,the local swimming pool ,library ,shops etc. I have a front and back garden. The double on suite bedroom and a smaller double bedroom with shared bathroom , are available for rent, Sun -Thurs nights inclusive .No weekends unfortunately.(Of course the room will not be used by anyone else at weekends!) . I know this arrangement won't suit everyone. It might suit a student or someone who goes home at weekends.I have close neighbours so I'm looking for tenants that are quiet, respectful and tidy. It is my home not a party house I'm afraid ! TV Licence included . Electricity, broadband & bins shared . Oil shared at next fill. It's a non smoking house. 400 euro deposit .
