Location: Its location is an excellent opportunity for everyone who wants to live in the city centre. Although not specifically for students they are welcome as well as its around 10 minutes walk to Trinity college and to all the surrounding language schools and its 5 minutes walk from OConnell street which can serve as a transport hub to other Dublin City spots including the Bus 140 to UCD (other buses: 4, 120, 36, 46, 155). Lidl, Tesco, Shopping districts and Henry Street are around 10 minutes of walk away. Supervalu and Island are right across the street. And since you can see the queue to those shops from your window; it is very easy to plan your shopping and avoid long queues. What you might find even more useful is that dart station is 2 minutes walk away and Luas is just around the corner. Talbot Street itself is an incredibly lively area with an amazing amount of value shops (Value Mart, 2 euro Shops, street food shops) and very nice coffee shops that adapted to distancing measures relatively well. Apartment: The apartment is bright, spacious and well fitted with utilities. You must contribute towards gas and electricity bills every month month.
